Except where noted, atazanavir should be given as 300 mg with ritonavir 100 mg once daily.

Atazanavir/r should be administered simultaneously with or at least 10 h after the H2-receptor antagonist.

Omeprazole should be administered approximately 12 h prior to atazanavir/r.
