Quantitative expression analysis of miRNAs highly expressed in undifferentiated blastoderm cells (A) and PGCs (B). Real-time PCR analysis was conducted in triplicate and normalized to the expression levels of small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA). miRNA expression was compared among stage X blastodermal cells, PGCs, GSCs, and CEFs.
