Following ablation of RIG-I and 24 h post infection with JEV, the levels of certain downstream elements of the RIG-I pathway were evaluated by immunoblotting protein isolated from N2a. PhosphoIKKαβ, TRAF-6, FADD, IPS-1 and active Caspase8 levels in JEV+rMO group showed significant decreases when compared to JEV-infected groups (A–F). The level of IκBαwas found to be significantly increased in JEV+rMO when compared to JEV-infected group (A & G) (#p<0.05 when compared to JEV-infected group, *p<0.05 when compared to JEV-infected group). Data is representative of 3 independent experiments.
