MDDC (▾) and Raji/DC-SIGN⁺ cells (□) were infected with DENV-2. Raji/DC-SIGN⁺ cells and MDDC were incubated with PRM-S at the start of the infection. The cells were collected and viral infectivity was quantified by flow cytometry using 5 µg/ml anti-DENV-2 mAb (clone 3H5). Data represent the mean % of inhibition of viral replication ± SEM of 3 independent experiments.
