A, Flow cytometry analysis of NRP2 expression in human cancer cell lines. B, Immunohistochemical staining of NRP2 in human colon tissues and breast tissues (brown). Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues were incubated overnight at room temperature with anti-human NRP2 antibody. Representative micrographs were taken at an original magnification x1000; NRP2 is expressed at the membrane of human colon and breast carcinomas while it is not expressed in healthy tissues.
