The abscissa and ordinate respectively represents the relative place and the proportion of each type of genotype. The three genotypes of each QTL in reconstructed F₂ population were classified into two types: homozygote and heterozygote. The nine genotypes of each epistatic interaction in reconstructed F₂ population were classified into four types: parental homozygote, complementary homozygote, single heterozygote and double heterozygote.
