The abscissa and ordinate respectively represents the relative place and the proportion of each type of genotype. The three genotypes of each QTL in reconstructed F2 population were classified into two types: homozygote and heterozygote. The nine genotypes of each epistatic interaction in reconstructed F2 population were classified into four types: parental homozygote, complementary homozygote, single heterozygote and double heterozygote.
