Specific enzyme activity of PrpC measured in crude extracts of R. eutropha H16. Cells were cultivated in MSM under storage conditions containing (i) 1% (w/v) sodium gluconate, (ii) 1% (w/v) sodium gluconate plus 1% (v/v) TDP, or (iii) DTDP.
