Effect of Hesca-2 on release of the LDH enzyme on hESCs (A), SKOV-3 (B), or OVCAR-3 (C) cells in culture. Cells were treated for 48 h with increasing concentrations (0.02–20 μg/mL) of Hesca-2 or with media alone. LDH activity was measured using an assay kit that yields a colorimetric product that is detected at OD450 nm. Tests were done in at least triplicate and the results averaged.
