Effect of sesamin on Ca²⁺ generation from KA-treated PC12 cells and BV-2 cells. Cells were treated with KA (150 μM) alone or with various sesamin concentrations (0.1-2.0 μM) of sesamin for 24 h. Treatment with sesamin effectively reduced the release of Ca²⁺ under KA stress. ^* P < 0.01 as compared to the KA control.
