Effect of sesamin on MAP kinases, RhoA and COX-2 activation in PC12 cells and BV-2 cells under KA stress. The effect of sesamin (1-50 μM) on KA-activated cell signaling pathways was determined by Western blotting under KA stress, (A) PC12 cells for 10-min and 60-min and (B) BV-2 cells for 120 min.
