When the RAD51 REO was inserted into pREV, the vector was denoted pREVRz. The gene for EYFP was ligated into the REO insertion site of pREV (called pREVY). (B) RAD51 ribozyme bound to its target mRNA sequence. The top row of nucleotides shows the target molecule with the GUC target site underlined.
