Comparison of the oncolytic effects of LC16m8Δ and LC16mO in mice bearing intraperitoneal xenografts. (a) BxPC-3 cells stably expressing luciferase (5 × 106 cells) were intraperitoneally injected into female severe combined immunodeficiency mice on day 0. Seven days after tumor implantation, the mice were intraperitoneally injected with a single dose of LC16mO or LC16m8Δ (1 × 107 plaque-forming unit/mouse).
