Values are means ± SD of 11 healthy volunteers obtained with the stimulated-echo DRESS protocol and ³¹P-MRS surface coil set. Average diffusion distance (λ) and approximation of average diffusion distance in the plane perpendicular to the muscle fiber (λ_t) were calculated using the Einstein-Smoluchowski equation.
