These experiments are also related in Figure 5 (see Figure legend). Vectors were tested at the concentration of 2 × 108 IG ml⁻¹ (GFP-LV) or 0.5-1 × 108 IG ml⁻¹ (WASP-LV) and data were pooled from two separate transductions with each vector.
