Results show a mean 125 fold (mean ΔΔCt is −6,96) enrichment for SFRS7 in STOX1A stimulated ChIP DNA compared with their negative controls (ChIP sample vs ChIP blocked sample). Bars are mean ± SEM. Asterisks indicate P<0.05 (one sample t-test with theoretical mean 0). Data were obtained from at least five independent ChIP samples from which each DNA sample was measured in triplicate.
