Specificity of the human innate immune response to isocyanate-albumin. PBMCs from non-isocyanate exposed individuals (N=4) were cultured with 500 µg/ml of control “mock exposed” albØ, HDI-albØ, heated/aggregated albØ, TMA-albØ, DNCB-albØ.
