Western blot analysis of whole cell lysates from MDA-MB-231 stable transductants probed for (A) LIMK1 using rat monoclonal antibody and for tubulin using anti-tubulin antibody; (B) probed for phosphoryated LIMK1 at T508 and tubulin (endogenous pLIMK1 is not detectable by Western blot with this antibody); (C) probed for total cofilin and tubulin; and, (D) probed for phosphoryated cofilin at Ser3 and tubulin.
