Effect of R849, HF, and RH2 on the growth of oral SCC xenografts in nude mice. Tumor-bearing animals received R849, HF, or RH2 at a dose of 1 × 105 PFU into subcutaneous tumors. Control animals were given PBS. Tumor volume was measured during the experiment. Data are means ± SD of six determinations. Significantly different between control and HF or RH2 (P < 0.05).
