HBV transgenic (n = 7) and wild-type (n = 6) of C57BL/6 mice at eight weeks of age were sacrificed, and their liver and splenic mononuclear cells were prepared. The frequency of splenic and liver CD4+CXCR5+ T cells was determined by flow cytometry analysis. (A) The percentage of splenic TFH cells. (B) The percentage of liver TFH cells.
