This table indicates the fold change (relative to the control) in regulation of P. aeruginosa genes rhlA and rhlB in the presence of 1 μg/ml of either D- or L-LL-37 in biofilm. The relative levels of transcription was normalized by correcting for rpoD transcription levels.
