Effect of CrVI on apoptosis of granulosa cells. Apoptosis was assayed by TUNEL assay as described in Materials and methods. Cells were pre-treated with or without vitamin C and treated with CrVI (10 μM) for 0 h, 12 h and 24 h period and harvested and processed for TUNEL assay.
