The results of semi-quantitative RT-PCR reactions on the basis of cDNA derived from mutant 093AR and cv. ‘Aramir’. The reactions were performed with the use of primers pair 4FR and by applying five different duration times of the PCR program: (a) original 32 cycles, (b) 29 cycles, (c) 27 cycles, (d) 25 cycles, and (e) 23 cycles.
