The total peptides column indicates the total number of peptides successfully matched to protein identity, whereas the unique peptides column gives the number of distinct peptide fragments identified. Four independent purifications of AXIN1 and AXIN2 complexes were analyzed by LC-MS/MS, and the results of a representative pulldown experiment are shown in this table. The frequency with which a protein was identified in the four pulldowns is noted in the “No. of pulldowns” column.
