FIG 2 — IL-8 induces the actin cytoskeleton reorganization. EA.Hy26 cells grown on glass coverslips were fixed with cold methanol and then immunostained with BODIPY FL phallacidin (green) and DAPI (blue). Filopodia were observed at the leading edge of migrating cells (from 1min to 10min). Cells showing membrane ruffles were indicated from 5min group to 10min group. Lamellipodia at the leading edge was showed from 15min to 30 min. Note the prominent induction of stress fibers from 2 h to 6 h. Scale bar=25 μm. Shown were representative images of an interphase cell.
