Titer of antigen specific IgG antibodies were determined in sera samples from microfilaremic (n = 20), chronic pathology (n = 20) and endemic normal (NEN) (n = 20) subjects using an ELISA. Sera samples from NEN subjects served as controls. Each spot represents sera samples from one individual.
