Western blots of P2-G6PDH from crude extracts of roots (A) and leaves (B) of barley plants subjected to ABA treatment. The seedlings were grown on a medium supplied with 0.1 mM ABA and samples were collected at the given times. Detection was carried out using antibodies raised against potato plastidial P2-G6PDH enzyme (Wendt et al., 2000).
