In vitro effect of 5-aza-2′-deoxycytidine treatment of primary cultures of parathyroid adenoma cells (n=18) showing restoration of gene expression of CDKN2A, CDKN2B, WT1, SFRP1, SFRP2 and SFRP4 after treatment at 24 and 48 hours compared to untreated cells (control).
