HCT116, LoVo, DLD1, and RKO cells were stably transfected with plasmids expressing two different shRNAs against EZH2 (pCEP-shEZH2-1, pCEP-shEZH2-2) or two control shRNAs (pCEP-shluc or pCEP-shcontr-1). Experiments were independently repeated at least thrice, with consistent results.
