Suppressive effect of ISM ODN on nucleic acid-mediated innate immune responses. (A and B) MEFs were left untreated (control) or pretreated with the indicated ODN (1 μM) for 1 h, and then stimulated with B-DNA (5 μg/mL) or poly(I:C) (5 μg/mL) for 3 h (A and B) or 6 h (A).
