Inhibition of cGMP abolished curcumin-induced vasodilation. Shown are the Early (20 s) and Late (60 s) diameter changes in response to curcumin in the presence of 10−5M Rp isomers to block cGMP (Rp-8-br-cGMPS) or cAMP (Rp-8-br-cAMPS) (Protocol 3).
