Action potentials were recorded from isolated canine atrial or left ventricular Epi or Endo cells at a basic cycle length (BCL) of 1 sec in the absence or presence of 10 μM NS5806. The effects of NS5806 on upstroke velocity (dV/dt), on phase 0 (Ph0), phase 1(Ph1) and phase 2 (Ph2) as well as on action potential duration (ADP) and on resting membrane potential (Erest) of different cell types are summarized.
