CHO cells stably expressing rDAT, rNET, or rSERT were preloaded with a [3H]substrate at 20 nM for 30 min. They were then washed with KRH buffer, and incubated for 2min in fresh medium containing 100 µM methylone and/or 100 µM methamphetamine. Values represent the mean ± SEM, n=8-11, and are expressed as a percentage of the control (without drugs). *P< 0.05, **P< 0.01 vs control.
