CHO cells stably expressing rDAT, rNET, or rSERT were preloaded with a [³H]substrate at 20 nM for 30 min. They were then washed with KRH buffer, and incubated for 2min in fresh medium containing 100 µM methylone and/or 100 µM methamphetamine.
