Effect of PRP on spontaneous activity in mice treated with poly I:C. Mice were placed individually on the center of the apparatus, and were allowed to move freely for 5 min. The total number of cross points was manually recorded at indicated days after injection of poly I:C. PRP was administered orally from 3 days before poly I:C injection for 17 days.
