Effect of PRP on T lymphocyte proliferation of mice induced by Con A. PRP was administered orally from 3 days before poly I:C injection for 17 days. Splenocytes of mice were treated with or without mitogen Con A on Day 14 after injection of poly I:C. The proliferation ability was evaluated by MTT assay.
