Raman probing of SWCNT-PL-PEG-NH2 and MWCNT-PL-PEG-NH2 in 3D spheroids. OVCAR8 ovarian cancer cell spheroids (A, Z-stack image) treated with LP dispersed SWCNTs (B, D) and MWCNTs (C, E) labeled with Qdots (red), for 3 h and washed were subjected to Raman analysis to detect the presence of nanotubes using a handheld portable iRaman spectrometer with a 785 nm laser source. The SWCNTs (F) and MWCNTs (G) treated cells indeed showed the characteristic G peaks.
