Rtt107 was required for recruitment of the SMC5/6 complex to a double-stranded break but not to a protein-bound nick. Fold enrichment of Rtt107-FLAG or Smc5-FLAG was determined by ChIP-qPCR. Enrichment at the target loci were normalized to the PRP8 reference locus and the corresponding input DNA.
