Binding reactions contained 750 nM HBZ-AD wt, HBZ-Mut-AD1, HBZ-Mut-AD2 or HBZ-Mut-AD3 as indicated. Reactions additionally contained untagged KIX (27 μM) and/or BS3 crosslinking reagent (1.8 mM) as indicated. Proteins were resolved by SDS-PAGE and detected by Western blot (WB) using the specified antibodies. Molecular weights are shown in kilodaltons.
