mRNA level of SA specific gene is reduced in the adrenal gland of AP-2β^−/− mice. Total RNAs were isolated from adrenal glands of P0 mice, and RT-qPCR was performed. Each gene expression was normalized according to the expression level of GAPDH. The level of gene expression of AP-2β homozygous mutant mice was compared to that of wild types, which was set at 100%.
