Distribution of K-Ras, B-Raf and PIK3CA mutations according to Dukes’ and TNM stage. The presence of mutations in K-Ras, B-Raf, and PIK3CA was determined by pyrosequencing analysis as described in the ‘Materials and methods’ section.
