Values within a column followed by a common letter are not significantly different at p<0.001 based on one-way Anova with Bonferroni post-hoc test. n=number of particles traced, N=number of cilia imaged, PpN = particles per cilium, NA = not available. Anterograde velocity could not be measured in klp-11 osm-3 double mutants due to severe ciliary abnormalities and large accumulations of reporters.
