NiEDDA and O2 accessibility of MTSL-labeled LC-HCT single cysteine mutants

Δ∏ values are calculated from ∏ proteoliposome (PL) − ∏ soluble (sol). Percent changes represent Δ∏/∏sol × 100 and are included for those residues that showed a significant change in accessibility. Most residues decreased in both O2 and NiEDDA accessibilities when associated with liposomes. The few exceptions all had low accessibility to O2 in both the soluble and liposome-associated forms and are therefore not thought to lie within the membrane. Residues in the 659–681 region are in bold.
