Effects of glibenclamide (GLB) on haemodynamic parameters of rats after CLP. Rats were injected with glibenclamide (1 mg·kg−1, s.c.) or vehicle (DMSO; 100 µL) 4 h after CLP or sham surgery. Twenty-four hours after surgery, mean arterial pressure (A), heart rate (B) and phenylephrine dose–response curves (C) were evaluated. Each bar represents the mean of six to eight animals, and vertical lines are the SEM.
