c-Myc depletion causes different types of cell cycle arrest in normal and tumor cells. The indicated cell lines were infected during log phase growth with lentiviral vectors expressing either control (Cl) or c-Myc M1 or M2 shRNAs. Four days post infection the subconfluent cultures were harvested, stained with propidium iodide and analysed by flow cytometry.
