The effect of FSH on tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase-positive (TRAP+) osteoclast formation from, and cyclic AMP (cAMP) levels in, RAW264.7 or RAW-C3 cells, or primary mouse bone marrow (m-BM) cells, as indicated, in the presence or absence of pertussis toxin (PTX).
