The tissue microarray contained 25 cases of atypical teratoird/rhabdoid tumor (AT/RT) and 11 cases of non-CNS malignant rhabdoid tumor (MRT). F = Female; M = Male; c. = codon; C = cytosine; T = thymidine; G = guanine; A = arginine= Ser = serine; Phe = phenylalanine; Pro = proline; Arg = arginine, His – histidine, Leu – Leucine.
