P2Y receptors were labelled with anti-P2Y₁, anti-P2Y₆ and anti-P2Y₁₂ (TRITC, red), astrocytes and microglia with anti-GFAP and with anti-CD11b (Alexa Fluor 488, green), respectively. P2Y₁, P2Y₆ and P2Y₁₂ receptors are expressed both by astrocytes (first and second panels) and microglia (third and fourth panels).
