Dice coefficients (percentages) are indicated in the scale above the dendrogram. Each cluster (defined as a group of three or more isolates with a Dice coefficient of ≥80%) is represented by a triangle proportional to the number of isolates included in the cluster. Clusters are designated by capital letters with a subscript number indicating the number of isolates included in the cluster. The surface protein genes found in each particular cluster are given on the right.
