The numbers and origins of samples of non-PDSA origin are indicated, as are the total numbers of sequences per sequence type. The number of hospitals where a sequence type was isolated is also shown. Sequence types which showed significant evidence of clustering in certain areas are indicated with an *, though numbers were small (see text).
