DM1 efficiently neutralizes R5, R5X4, and X4 isolates. (A) HIV-1 of the indicated isolates was incubated with GHOST-CCR5 (ADA, JR-FL, and 89.6) or GHOST-CXCR4 (HXB2) cells in the presence of 0, 120, and 400 nM or 1.6 μM indicated peptide-Ig variants. Cells were washed 2 h postincubation, and viral entry was measured by flow cytometry 2 days later. The experiment shown is representative of three experiments with similar results.
