IC₅₀ values are mean ± SD in the presence and absence of Tasigna or XR9576. The IC₅₀ values were calculated from dose-response curves obtained from three independent experiments.

RR (Relative resistance) values were obtained by dividing the IC₅₀ values of drug for Pgp-expressing Pgp-HEK293 cells by the IC₅₀ values of the parental pcDNA3.1-HEK293 cells in the absence of test drug.
